Strawberry & Coconut Smoothie
This tasty, dairy-free smoothie is great for a post workout meal or snack. Coconut milk, or almond milk, can be used to add healthy fats and a little sugar. Use the frozen strawberries to keep from diluting the smoothie. There should be enough to share but if you are really hungry, keep the whole amount to yourself.
Ingredients
- 8-10 frozen strawberries
- 3 fresh strawberries
- 8.5 oz of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of almond butter
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth.
