Snapper Sauteed with Lemon Pepper Sauce
An awesome, super quick recipe with savory lemon pepper sauce
Ingredients
- 6 oz of red snapper
- 1/4 cup of vegetable broth or water
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of caper juice Dash of garlic powder
- Dash of onion powder
- Dash of cayenne (optional) Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pats of unsalted butter
Instructions
- Add dry spices to the broth and liquid ingredients.
- Saute the fish in sauce for 5-10 minutes until it's thoroughly cooked.
- With a whisk, mix small cubes of unsalted butter in with the broth, to create a lemon butter sauce.
