Eggs with Avocado & Salsa
This simple but satisfying Paleo breakfast recipe is added with almonds as an unusual topping for extra protein.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
- 4 tablespoons of salsa
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Beat eggs in a small bowl, and pour into the skillet.
- Cook for 1 minute and turn heat to medium-low.
- Cook for about 2-4 minutes longer.
- Top with the almonds, avocado and salsa.
