Ingredients
- 1 cup Kale or collard greens, firmly packed (stems removed and chopped)
- 1/2 cup loosely packed parsley leaves 1 medium apple, cored and coarsely chopped
- 1 medium pear, cored and coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup ice 1.5 cups of water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If too thick, add more water.
