- 2 fillets of sole
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 tablespoons white wine (tolerated)
- 2 sprigs of fresh coriander
- salt and pepper
- Marinate 2 fillets of sole for 1 - 2 hours in a mixture of lemon juice and white wine in equal parts, seasoned with fresh coriander, salt and pepper.
- Brown in a non-stick pan with the marinade. Sprinkle with coriander before serving.
