Avocado Raspberry & Crumbled Cheese Toast
This simple recipe is SURE to make Clean Eating fun with this bright and colourful snack.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of Ezekiel bread, or organic rye bread
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- 1 oz high quality feta, or blue cheese crumbles
- sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bread.
- Mash the avocado with a fork and spread it on toasted bread.
- Top with halved raspberries.
- Crumble cheese over the top.
- Sprinkle sea salt & pepper to taste.
