Avocado, Pear and Bacon Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 whole avocado
  • 2 strips of nitrate-free bacon
  • 1 whole organic pear
  • Sea Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a pan on medium heat until crispy.
  2. Peel the avocado skin, slice in half and remove the pit- slice.
  3. Slice the Pear - it will act as your “toast”.
  4. Place the Pear down and fill with your bacon and avocado.
  5. Lightly salt and serve
